How to organise collection of a car from the auction house
If the vehicle is coming from an auction house, the most important thing is having the right collection documents ready before the transport leg starts.
Bought a car from Pickles Auctions?
To collect from Pickles, have the following ready:
- Buyer number
- Sale number
- Lot number
- Name of purchaser
- Receipt showing the vehicle is paid in full
- Copy of the purchaser's driver's licence
Grays Online purchase
For a Grays purchase, the collection details should include:
- Congratulations email
- Lot number
- Invoice number
- Buyer number
- Copy of invoice showing the vehicle is paid in full
- Copy of driver's licence, both sides
If any of those details are missing, collection can be delayed.
