Q. I just went online and put a quote through but it did not give me an instant price, why is this?
A Sometimes you may not receive an instant quote from our website or over the phone as your quote request may not be for a major city or standard vehicle. If you submit a quote and do not get a price instantly then it will come through to us and we will be sure to price this and email your quote to you.
If your car is traveling to Western Australia and Tasmania, your vehicle is subject to a quarantine inspection and is subject to additional charges that may occur.
If the vehicle is found to be contaminated and does not pass Quarantine Inspection you will incur a minimum Quarantine cleaning fee of approx $125.
Once your vehicle has been cleaned an Inspector will be then required to make a 2nd inspection and will incur additional charges.
These funds are payable to the car carrier not us, as the car carrier directly pays Quarantine.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of between $80.00 and $195.00 depending on circumstances of cancellation, plus any additional charges related to incorrect information supplied at time of booking.
Any refunds that are needed can take up to 5 business days to process
Yes. You can change a booking.
Just reply to booking email with any changes
However we do reserve the right to charge an administration fee if there are a lot of changes.
Most depots are only open from Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4pm, these times are confirmed at time of booking
They are not open on most national public holidays or weekends for drop offs.
This also means if your vehicle is collected from a nominated address or delivered these times and days still apply
If you are requesting a collection from within a metro area of a major city a payment needs to be received 48 hours prior to a collection.
If you are having the vehicle collected from an area that is rural or an outer area then payment does need to be received no later than three business days prior to the collection.
Before any payment can be made a booking request needs to be filled out, this can be done on our website under the book transport tab.
We will try our best to price match with other companies
However we do need a copy of the quote and it must be going to and from the same route, and under the same conditions
The quote is valid for the month it was quoted in, as in general only changing fuel levy’s affect rates.
However once booked and paid within that month quoted there will be no price increase, so best to book early to avoid any problems.
Sorry, we do not accept cheques and pay third parties, we only move the car and cannot currently get involved with this type of decisions.
The carrier will have the contact number for the person at collection, they will contact this person the afternoon before pickup to advise a time.
This will also happen when the vehicle is ready to be delivered.
Hi the keys have to be handed over and a condition report will be completed by the driver.
A copy of this is then presented to you so that you can check the vehicle arrives in the same condition in which it was collected.
Therefore a responsible person is required to hand over and collect car.
All standard vehicles that are transported must have a minimum of 15cm clearance (about the size of a coke can).
If your vehicle is any lower than 15cm please contact the office and we can give you separate price for this service.
Yes we can collect from the Auctions but there are certain documentation that is required for this
