Damage To Vehicles
Please see the quote for what level of liability is provided by the carrier.

Conditions of Transport
Whilst we can assist with cars and light commercials that are not registered, all vehicles must comply with the following conditions.
In a drivable roadworthy condition, no damage
Have clearance of 6 inches / 150 mm
Must be below 1.90m to be classed as standard height, we can still move higher vehicles but extra charges may apply depending on route to be moved
In any situation where dimensions of the vehicle are required, they are to be taken from the furthest points. (top of roof racks/edge of mirrors *folded in*/bullbar/tow ball etc)
Have functioning brakes and handbrakes
Be able to start and run without a jump start
Unless prearranged and confirmed in writing vehicles must not exceed our weight restrictions of 3 tonnes.
TRANSPORT VEHICLES WITH GOODS INSIDE
Vehicles must be empty of goods unless you have selected the ‘Goods in Car’ option. Please note: Goods in the car is limited to 80Kg.
Goods must not block any windows and nothing can be placed on the floor behind the driver's seat or on either of the front seats.
No legal liability is accepted for loss or damage to the goods or the vehicle as a result of the goods being in it.
EMPTY VEHICLES CAN CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING ONLY
If you have not booked a "Goods in-car" Service then the following items may travel with the vehicle without extra charge
Spare tyre, jack and normal tools associated with the vehicle
Baby Seats, and Booster Seats, must be fitted not loose
Collecting Vehicles From Auction House
Auction cars - any car that is purchased from the auctions must be driveable, roadworthy, no damage, no dents, if the car invoice says write off at all - then the car needs to be re-quoted as the prices we have quoted are not valid for cars with damage or written off.
Adjustments to bookings.
Once a booking has been confirmed and sent to you, any adjustment made may incur an admin fee that causes the price to increase beyond the difference of the originally quoted figures.
With payments made MasterCard, Visa, or Amex a 2% surcharge applies
Cancellations and changes to bookings
All cancellation needs to be in writing; we will not cancel a booking via a phone call
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of between $135.00 and $235.00 depending on circumstances of the cancellation, plus any additional charges related to incorrect information supplied at the time of booking. Any refunds that are needed can take up to 5 business days to process.
Please be aware that if the transport is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or not cancelled in writing and a carrier goes to collect, then a futile fee will be added to the cancellation charge. This can range from $150.00 to $300.00 on the metropolitan collection and up to the total of the transport costs if pick up is a more remote
If the vehicle has been collected and a space allocated on the truck for it, and you then decide to cancel for whatever then the carrier may withhold the entire amount of transport costs, as they will not be able to re-book that space.
Once the transport date has passed, if you make any changes or cancel a booking and a refund is due then it will not be issued until a credit note has been received by us from our carrier
Once a car is in transit, any changes made to the type of transport will incur admin charges, and this can amount to the whole saving made. For example, you decide to collect from a depot, as opposed to having the car delivered, there will be no refund in the difference in price, as in most cases this amounts to the same costs as admin charges incurred in changing the booking
Please note that you understand that that transit times are estimates only and can never be guaranteed. We can only estimate the transit time given to us by the car carriers at the time of booking, there can be a times delays in transit due to High Volumes, peak periods, floods, rail delays and so on.

Collection of Vehicles
If your vehicle is not being collected from a metropolitan area, IE a Capital City, then occasionally we may need a little flexibility as most non-capital pickups are collected by interstate vehicles
